How does the adaptive six-month recheck work?
Every eligible member's six-month recheck starts from a default set of markers, and it can be adjusted. What are the 90-Day Health Reviews?
Hemexa initiates a 90-Day Health Review about three months after every blood panel, so one follows your baseline and one follows your six-month recheck. You tell us what you implemented, what changed, and what got in the way. Hemexa then updates your focus list for the next stretch and what to watch on your next test. An optional 15-minute call is available if you want to talk it through.
Are additional on-demand tests included in the membership price?
No. As a member, you get access to discounted markers you can buy throughout the year, but they are charged separately. Hemexa confirms availability and the complete price before anything is ordered. Contact hello@hemexa.health to request one.
When can I cancel, and what happens after the first test is ordered?
You pay for the year at checkout. Cancel before your first test is ordered and we refund the membership fee in full. Your first test is ordered when you generate the pathology referral form for your first Hemexa blood test. After that, your membership continues for the current 12-month term.
