Is it really free?
Yes. A free account keeps your blood tests, reads every marker against Hemexa’s optimal ranges, and holds the rest of your health record. There is nothing to pay unless you choose membership, which is optional.
Do I need a card?
No. You sign up with Google or an email address, and nothing asks for payment.
Which results can I add?
Blood test reports from any lab, as a PDF, HL7 or TXT file. Overseas reports work too: units are converted to Australian ones and flagged for a closer look. Photos of reports aren’t supported.
Does Hemexa review the results I upload?
No. Results you upload aren’t clinically reviewed by Hemexa. If something concerns you, talk to your GP. Hemexa’s critical results follow-up covers the tests members take through Hemexa.
What happens to my data?
It is held under Australian privacy law, and Hemexa does not sell identifiable health information. You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time, and delete it when you want.
What if I become a member later?
Everything you’ve added stays. Membership builds on the record you already have.
