What Hemexa does
Hemexa sells an annual preventative blood testing membership to adults in Australia: a baseline panel of 76–80 signature markers, an included six-month adaptive recheck, a health-system dashboard, and a personalised health plan after every panel. See how it works and pricing.
Clinical review and safety
A registered Australian GP engaged by Hemexa reviews each pathology request before collection, and reviews results for safety after they return. Results are also checked automatically against published thresholds, and if you need to be contacted, a Hemexa team member phones you. The Critical Results Policy publishes the thresholds and the contact process, and names one of the practitioners in this workflow.
Hemexa supports preventative conversations alongside your own GP. It is not a substitute for medical care, and it is not emergency or diagnostic care.
Where samples are collected
Hemexa does not operate collection sites directly. Members collect through the Healius Pathology network of 2,000+ collection centres nationwide, and samples are processed through NATA-accredited laboratories. Healius Pathology is our only collection partner.
How your data is handled
Health data lives in the member app, not on this marketing site. Uploaded lab files are fingerprinted, finalised results are locked, and identifiable health information does not go to analytics, error monitoring, or third-party AI tools without strict de-identification controls.
