Every uploaded lab file gets a SHA-256 fingerprint. See your file fingerprint on every test and confirm what we stored matches what you sent.
When results are finalised, they are permanently locked. The numbers in your record cannot be silently edited after that point.
Identifiable health information does not go to analytics, error monitoring, or third-party AI tools without strict de-identification controls.
