Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing hemexa.health or app.hemexa.health, or by becoming a Hemexa member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. The Hemexa service

Hemexa is a health intelligence platform that provides members with structured blood panels (coordinated through Laverty Pathology), a health dashboard, personalised health plans, supplement tracking, and related tools. It is a preventative health membership, not a medical service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Australia to become a Hemexa member. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Membership and payment

Hemexa membership is billed annually at $799 AUD. Payment is due at the time of signup and on each renewal date. Memberships are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law. You may cancel your membership at any time through the member app; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Lab tests and clinical services

Hemexa coordinates blood panels through Laverty Pathology. Test requests are reviewed by a registered Australian GP engaged by Hemexa. This clinical review is for coordination and safety monitoring purposes and does not constitute an ongoing clinical relationship or full medical consultation.

You are responsible for attending a Laverty collection centre at your own initiative. Hemexa does not guarantee specific test turnaround times, which are subject to Laverty standard processing.

6. Not a substitute for medical care

Hemexa does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the service or on this website constitutes medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, and you should never delay seeking medical attention based on information provided by Hemexa.

7. Your data

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Hemexa, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal and health information as described in that policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Hemexa platform, including by: attempting to access another member's data, reverse-engineering the platform, using the service for any unlawful purpose, or providing false information during registration or onboarding.

9. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials on the Hemexa platform are owned by Hemexa Pty Ltd or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own health tracking. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Hemexa content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Hemexa's liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss.

11. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Hemexa service with reasonable notice. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
